Holiday peak times ( Thanksgiving and Christmas ) week are subject to a $5 per day, per dog, seasonal additional charge.

Suite (A non refundable deposit of $25 is required for a suite before reservation is complete.) Suite is a private room with no other dogs and has the option of family dogs staying together and allow group or private outdoor play.

Group (No deposit required unless over major holiday) Group allows your dog/dog’s to play indoor and outdoor with other dogs sharing the same room.

Kennel (No deposit required unless major holiday) Kennel is 4ft deep x 40 inch wide x 4ft high allows your dog to be in a kennel when inside but gives the option of group play outside or private yard outside.

PLEASE NOTE:

Non-social and dogs that are not spayed or neutered will not be allowed to play or sleep in group rooms and only have suite or kennel option.

Dogs under 6 months have the option for group, supervised play outside if social.

There is a two night minimum stay requirement for all boarding reservations Friday through Monday for clients who are not Nevada residents.

In the event that Pet Parent’s pet should need veterinary services while in the care of the Company, Pet Parent request that the following conditions be adhered to:*

Save my pet regardless of the cost of any necessary treatment, medication, or surgical procedures.

Use any and all reasonable and customary treatments, medications, or surgical procedures necessary to treat my pet, not to exceed the amount stated below.

Pet Parent does not want my pet treated by a veterinarian under any circumstances, even in a lifethreatening situation.

I understand that my dog(s), will be participating in activities such as daycare, boarding, grooming, pool activity, playhouse activity, ball throwing, group room, kennel sharing, and movement within the facility. All activities involve risk and possible injury, included but not limited to:

loss of dog due to escaping facility,
not eating/losing weight,
parasites, viruses, kennel cough, and other medical conditions passed from dog to dog,
sprains, strains, bites, broken bones, torn ligaments, scratches, etc.
fatigue, hot spots, dehydration, nicks, cuts, or death.

I further understand that not each and every potential risk can be listed above. Nonetheless, I agree that the benefits associated with an at your own risk open environment outweighs the potential risk of just kenneling my dog(s). Therefore I voluntarily release, forever discharge, and agree to hold harmless Just Like Home Doggie Hotel and Grooming owners, employees, agents, successors, heirs from any and all liability claims, demands, actions, or rights of action. Which are related to arise out of, or are in any way connected with my dog’s participation in activities at Just Like Home Doggie Hotel and Grooming LLC, including those allegedly attributed to the negligent acts or omission of JLH staff.

Just Like Home Doggie Hotel and Grooming is an at your own risk open boarding facility. Just Like Home Doggie Hotel and Grooming is not responsible for veterinary bills incurred during your dog’s stay. Should my dog need veterinary care I am aware I am responsible for the cost of the veterinary services and agree to the cost associated with such services.
