Instructions for Webcam Access for Computer
(Not for use on MAC for Apple)
Before logging onto our website, Windows Vista users will need to turn off their user account (UAC).
Go to to our webcam page.
Click on the link for either inside or outside webcam access.
You will see a sign on screen.
Note: If you get a message from Microsoft advising to add an application, or message that says “do you want to run this add on?” say yes, as you will need it to view the cameras. You may also need to turn off your pop-up blocker.
User ID: (this will be given to you)
Password: (this will be given to you)
Please use internet explorer not google chrome.
You should get one large view in site. If you scroll down, you will be able to click on one with 6 or 8 boxes. You should see four different views of the property (two inside) and (two outside). By double clicking on any view, it will enlarge the picture.
Depending on the time of day you log in to the webcam and because we have a lot of property that is not within view by the lens, you may or may not see your dog. If this happens, call us at 702-558-5689 and let us know that you are logged in, we’ll be happy to get them in view for you.
Cameras are turned off at night around 9:00-10:00 p.m. and the lights in the living rooms are turned off so the dogs know it is time for bed. We turn them back on in the morning after breakfast approximately 7:30 a.m. (Pacific time) or earlier. As we are here all night on site, please be understanding of our privacy and the hours we have established for your enjoyment.
NOTE: Please note, the web cameras are live streaming for your enjoyment as a courtesy. These cameras do not record and do not have the capability to play back camera feeds. Webcams are available in outdoors, indoor group rooms and private suites only.
Also, if you were able to view our cameras during your dog’s prior visit but are having trouble connecting now, you may have to clear your cached items in your history as our IP address has recently changed and the new IP may conflict with the old.
MAC for Apple instructions have a different set up. Please ask at front desk. Instructions are 7 pages long.
Please note: the web cameras are live streaming for your viewing pleasure. These cameras do not record and do not have the capability to play back camera feeds. Recording footage on another device, public representation or reproduction, and posting recordings or images on internet websites and social media channels is illegal and strictly prohibited.
